Classic and uncomplicated, our star of the show needs no dressing up, we let the beef speak for itself.

 

Our premium, handcraftered biltong is made using the rump end of silverside beef (220g for 100g dried), various spices and vinegars, then dried for up to 5 days. This low and slow drying process gives our beef amazing flavour and texture.

 

This lean, high protein, luxury snack is made using traditional recipes, bringing the taste of South Africa to Cornwall.
