Our Piri Piri Biltong is a bit of a slow burner, giving a fantastic taste with a build up of heat.

 

Starting off with 220g of 100% Westcountry Beef to make 100g of Pirir Piri Biltong, we hang it in our custom dryer for up to 6 days. The result is pure deliciousness.
