BBQ flavour, what more needs to be said? You just can't beat that American style sweet and smokey flavour added with our mouthwatering beef.

 

Our premium, handcrafted biltong is made using the rump end of silverside beef (220g for 100g dried), various spices and vinegars, then dried for up to 5 days. This low and slow drying process gives our beef amazing flavour and texture.
