Our Biltong Sticks come straight from the dryer ready for you to slice as you like.
In order to make 100g of our delicious Tasty Traditional Biltong we take roughly 220g of prime 100% Westcountry Beef and hang in our customer dryer for up to 6 days. This lean, high protien, luxury snack is made using traditional recipes, bringing the taste of South Africa to Cornwall and the rest of the UK
For lean option we will trim the stick for you.
Sticks maybe be cut (for example in half) to fit into our bags.
