Although we have been a family butchery since 1960, back in 2014 we were asked by other South African customers if we could make biltong for them as they were fed up with the supermarket products. Since then our biltong has grown and grown in popularity, so much so that we have now mostly stopped the traditional butchery side to focus more on the South African meats.
